The reality

Physical environments have no operating system.

For decades, physical environments have run on siloed tools stitched together after the fact. The gaps and seams are where control is lost.

Video infrastructure operates independently

Your video is stranded on hardware at each site. Or it's parked in the cloud, billed every month whether anyone looks at it or not. This valuable data stays where it landed, isolated and wasted. Nothing learned, just stored. The most detailed record of your operation is the part of it you never use.

Isolated

Environmental intelligence exists in isolation

A person leaves one camera's frame and becomes a stranger to the next. Nobody counts them, times them, or follows where they went, and the plate read at your gate never connects to the vehicle that's been sitting in your lot for six hours that no one ever got out of. Every camera sees. None of them remember.

Fragmented

System health goes unwatched

Cameras drop offline, storage fills, servers fail, and switches and UPS units go down silently. Nobody finds out until an incident sends someone to the archive and the footage isn't there. Then a technician drives out to restore a device that could have been fixed remotely.

Reactive

There has never been a unified command layer.
Until now.

Hardware agnostic

Keep your cameras. Keep what's working. Nothing gets ripped out.

Proprietary systems make deployment expensive and keep you there. The cameras only work with one piece of software, that software only works with those cameras, and every decision you make afterward is made for you.

No camera line of our own

The platform supports virtually any standards-based IP camera through ONVIF and RTSP — any major manufacturer, any mix, across every site. Deeper functionality varies by make and model, and we'll tell you where. If you do add cameras, we'll help you choose the right ones rather than the only ones.

Servers if you want them, not because you must

We build our own servers and microservers. They're an option, not a requirement. If your existing hardware meets spec, it stays — and we'll tell you plainly if it doesn't.

No proprietary lock-in

Add sites, change brands, or swap hardware later without re-architecting anything.

Rip and replace is a business model. It was never a requirement.

The platform

Three layers. One architecture.

Not three products stitched together with clunky, expensive integrations. Each layer is effective on its own. None waits on another to be useful. Together they compound and behave like one command interface, and that's the part that changes how your operation runs.

InfrastructureCore Video
& Control

Command

An open platform, not a closed appliance. Every camera at every site merges into one system: one archive to search, one set of permissions, failover that keeps recording when a server drops, and remote access without a VPN. Your video stops being stranded and starts being infrastructure.

Pulse

Watches every device across every site — cameras, servers, switches, UPS, anything with an IP address — and flags failures before anyone notices footage is missing. Then lets you bring devices back remotely over managed PoE, without dispatching a technician. All from inside a 3D model of the facility, so you're looking at the actual room, not a list of device names.

  • Automated 24/7 health checks
  • Live online / offline gauges
  • Camera, server & switch monitoring
  • UPS & IP device monitoring
  • Proactive email & dashboard alerts
  • Hardware failure detection
  • Performance degradation warnings
  • Unacknowledged event tracking
  • Offline duration & downtime history
  • Remote recovery over managed PoE
  • Multi-site, multi-system view
  • Site mapping & visual management
  • 3D immersive facility mapping
  • Virtual facility walk-through
  • Live camera access from the map
  • Asset & maintenance tagging
  • Manuals & docs on every asset
  • SOP execution in context
  • Role-based access controls

Pulse · Spatial command

Find anything by walking the building. Without walking the building.

We capture your facility with a true 3D scan — 4K photography of your real physical space and everything in it, not a drawing or a render. Pulse turns that scan into a working command surface, with every camera, server, switch, and unit tagged where it physically sits.

Search for an asset and the scan takes you to it. Walk any site around the world from your desk, phone, or tablet. Click a camera to open its live feed, pull up the manufacturer's manual, download the datasheet, or leave a maintenance note that's flagged and stays attached to the equipment instead of buried in a ticket.

Dollhouse shows all three floors at once. Pick a floor to work in, click a zone to see what's tagged inside it, or click a blue disc to stand at that scan position. Search finds a tag on any floor and takes you to it.

Taking control

Stop watching your sites. Start commanding them.

Monitoring tells you what already happened, then leaves you to act somewhere else. Another console, another login, a drive to the site. When infrastructure, intelligence, and operations answer to one system, an environment stops being something you observe and becomes something you control.

Designed for scale

Built for operations where downtime isn't an option.

Scale is not an extension of the platform. It is a condition of its design.

A/
Architecture stays consistent across every site, regardless of how many you add.
B/
Intelligence persists across location boundaries — identity and context don't stop at the property line.
C/
Twenty sites shouldn't need twenty sets of rules, or twenty people to manage them.

Environments

Built for complex physical environments.

The platform operates wherever coordination, visibility, and operational integrity matter. Every environment runs all three layers — what changes is which capabilities carry the most weight.

01

Retail

Hold operational health across distributed locations while running continuous behavioral intelligence — path analytics, dwell time, cross-camera identity, and occupancy at every store.

02

Enterprise Campuses

Centralize video infrastructure and govern operational integrity across large multi-building facilities, with awareness that persists between them.

03

Defense & Government

Maintain mission-critical operational intelligence and infrastructure integrity inside secure, high-consequence environments.

04

Critical Infrastructure

Keep system awareness uninterrupted and control coordinated in high-dependency environments where failure is not an option.

05

Logistics & Industrial

Track asset health and hold operational readiness across complex, high-throughput sites under governed operational intelligence.

Renewable infrastructure

No power. Full platform.

Perimeters, lots, yards, gates, and job sites go uncovered for one reason: getting power and network out to them costs more than the cameras do — and on a build, the power isn't there yet at all. Our renewable energy poles remove that constraint. Each one is a self-contained site: no grid connection, no meter, no power bill, and nothing to dig up when the ground changes.

Powers itself, two ways

Up to three monocrystalline panels and a Maglev wind turbine that generates at speeds as low as 6–7 mph, feeding a LiFePO₄ battery rated for ten years. When the sun isn't cooperating, the wind usually is.

Goes up in a day, moves when you do

Surefoot™ screw foundation, rag bolt, or concrete base. No trenching, no conduit, no permits for cable runs. On a build that changes shape every phase, the pole moves with it — and leaves with you when the job ends. Carbon fiber or galvanized steel, IP-rated and high-wind rated, and built by manufacturers who supply defense and aerospace.

An extension, not an island

Up to four cameras and a ruggedized microserver with PoE, housed inside the pole itself — not a second system, a second login, or a support ticket to see your own video. The pole's video lands on the same video wall, in the same archive and the same search, under the same permissions as everything inside, and Vision's Re-ID carries identity from the lobby to the fence line. Monitored by Pulse, like any other asset: uptime, connectivity, panel/turbine output.

Company

Kryptech builds The Physical Intelligence Platform.

Everything we make exists to serve it — the hardware, the renewable energy solutions, the software.

Our approach

Physical environments have historically been pieced together with disconnected systems, one purchase at a time. We believe video infrastructure, situational awareness, security, and operational governance have to operate inside a single architecture.

That architecture is what we build.

Strategic alignment

Kryptech Command is a Powered by Nx product, built on the Network Optix video platform — an open, enterprise-grade foundation proven at scale worldwide. We build command architecture on top of it rather than reinventing the video layer underneath.

Platform partner Network Optix

The direction

Physical environments are getting more complex, more distributed, and more dependent on intelligence. Kryptech exists to make sure they're governed through unified command rather than fragmented systems.

The Physical Intelligence Platform isn't an evolution of an existing category. It defines a new one.

The direction

Fragmented systems can't scale to what's coming. Unified command will.
